Lou Quiroz

In my personal experience with fasting, I have noticed that I am taken to a deeper relationship in God. The things that used to matter to me (such as good entertainment, spare time to goof off) become secondary. When Paul talks

about meditating on the Lord at all times, it becomes evident to me that we live in a society that is designed to keep us entertained and completely detached of his presence. But when fasting I am able to hear his voice clearly and feel his feelings heart, not only for me but for the people around my life. My advice is to pray and fast to go deeper.
